Even though Seamus is 100 episodes past this, for those who were wondering what Throw Voice does, it makes enemies go to where you use it on... It's totally useless for a tank-type character like Seamus, but for a stealth build, it's one of the most OP tools in the game. Use it in front of you, bring them over, and stab them.

At the very last second before Seamus' death from the fall, the horse took its true form as Akatosh, Dragon God of Time, to save him by transporting him back in time.

Due to the nature of the Dragonborn, he had to use an enormous supply of power to do so, and thus broke the 4th wall by accident and brought Seamus himself back a few videos, ultimately saving the Dragonborn and Seamus, both from their death and sheer recklessness respectively.

Or you could say he took an arrow to the knee.
