I don't think this is the Obama opposition relating themselves to Hitler. All these videos of Hitler with the subtitles are intended displays Hitler in modern, often ridiculous, situations and speculate in a comical way what he might say (ex. what Hitler would do if he got banned from XBox 360). I think that the maker of this video guessed that Hitler would be against Obama (he would probably be right about that) and made Hitler use common arguments against Obama.
