Thanks for posting this. Most of the other youtube medial strapping vids I've watched would be impossible to play soccer with. I've just done a trial taping before my grand final this afternoon. It feels good and I can run without too much restriction.
@rugbynut65 Well mate it all worked out great. We won 2-1 in extra time, I even scored the winner! I had a great week of sport, my son won his GF and scored the winner in extra time. My niece scored the winner in her soccer grand final last weekend, Manly won on Friday night not with standing the disgraceful fights and of course the Wallabies some how won. Jeeez those Wallabies are heart attack material. Anyway lets hope they can repeat that minor miracle in the WC semi final.
@zipmanify , haha, congrats to all the family on their feats, I'm a manly and wallabies fan too, so I had a pretty good weekend as well. thanks for the feedback
@kitwalker76 it is reinforcing the medial ligament after a strain, and the last bit of tape that goes from the top at the front to the bottom at the back is to make sure the leg moves in the same action that it would normally if the ligaments were intact, it creates a bit of a rotation that the medial ligament would normally create, The knee is not completely like a hinge, it rotates slightly, and this is why we tried this, so far so good

Another quality vid and taping :o) Any chance you can let us know what the taping is exactly going to deter/reinforce?
