Nice work, you might want to use a blur filter or something to mute the color slightly and soften up the edges on your text so it will look more like natural scribbles on lined paper. That's what I did for a note themed event flier on photoshop.
I think it should have the same dynamic feel: word pictures (lube, smiley face, etc.), changing the font when the vocal tone changes, etc. But as for the details, I think you'll surprise us all....in a good way. HAHA
my guess is that it was for college... i was an art major, and the art students are pretty open and so are the teachers... awesome senses of humor... all of my professors loved stuff like this b/c it wasn't the plain boring crap that other normal professors have to deal with.
