Jazz. It's harmonically more complex than blues usually, blues is more or less I-IV-V where this has a different feel to it. But this is typically a "swing" song. Obviously the two styles do overlap a bit. Whenever Seth MacFarlane is singing you can probably assume it's jazz, he's a Sinatra/Dean Martin swing kind of guy.

Oh well it's not really a definite line or something. In general I-IV-V in A means you play A7-D7-E7 in blues (yes all dominant chords) but this is very basic. You can make blues as harmonically complex as you like and it would still be blues. Jazz started out with II-V-I, in A that's B min 7 - E7 - A maj 7 but it also gets more and more complex. It's a fine line between the 2 styles but I consider this jazz, also because of the swing feel it has to it, which you hardly find in blues.
