@MrBrucelee108 no, he used a battery drill and screws, hit pause somewhere at 0:29 and you'll see him kneel and use it. :) I think he only ses the clamps to hold it together until the screws are in.
Yes, visit geo-dome.co.uk and click the top link that says shop, I have loads of plans for many different sized domes. Material cost would be around £450 and about two weeks to build.
thanks so much for you vids! i am going to purchase the 4.5 meter plans from your website, but do have a question--does stapling the polythene as you've done provide for a waterproof seal when the pentagons and hexagons are joined together? in other words, are there additional steps needed to ensure that the dome does not leak in between the joints where pentagon meets hexagon?? i do appreciate your time.
The windows are made the same as the main triangle frames, just turned inside out, hinged and covered with polythene. There is also a flashing strip along the top edge.
He glued this structure together!

Hi Paul, Thanks for the video!
What is the width and thickness of the wood frames in this video?
lutetube88 8 months ago
I used 5 season horticultural polythene, stapled to the timber frame before final assembly. Check my channel for a video showing covering.
