  • @003jdt its not his name is rikki

  • so unnecessarily gory but sooooo well animated i love it

  • Man , this is hardcore..

  • 555 likes, 5 dislikes

  • The scene where she kills the man in the car is so awesome!

  • any have a clue what the music is? composer? when the mother is killed and the blood drips on her face, the music! omg its epic, makes me cry (whimper)!

  • @MrRyanhancock1234 the name of the song in question is The Grand Duel (parte prima) by Luis Enrique Bacalov and you can find it in the Original Sountrack of the movie.

  • This guys ring is silver with a red gem in, bills is just silver, also this guy is animated with Asian features

  • @SlapstickCoyote And breaking the habit by linkin park :)

  • is it bill who kills her dad and smiles at the end?

  • @vickystar46 the rings always made me think it was bill

  • @vickystar46 no, these are yakuza people

  • kill bill is like my fave movie

  • This is like the seventh kill bill clip that doesn't have the subtitles. Do you all hate them or are you just fluent in Japanese?

  • a chaque fois cette scene me fait pleurer

  • a chaque fois cette scene me fait pleurer

  • @SlapstickCoyote i meant, it should look something like cowboy bebop, one piece or bleach, those are real anime, this is a little bit american, to sketchy, i'm just sayin'

  • @mbssminny120 the song at the end with the instrumental is called "Run Fay Run" by Isaac Hayes

  • The song at the end with the instrumental is "Run Fay Run" by '

    Isaac Hayes'

    @mbssminny120 the

  • has to be one of the most powerful things in film to me this segment

  • Quentin should've use real anime

  • does anyone know the song at the end?? with like instruments... i really like it.. i want it:(

  • I love the animations!

  • to find more anime like this, the same creators created a show called Afro Samurai, brilliant stuff..

  • I remember when I first watched this movie with my dad. I was like 8 xD

    Changed my life sooo much

  • Does anyone know who Tarantino used to do the animation for this?

  • @BravoZeroOne1 Production IG was the studio, Kazuto Nakazawa was the animation director

  • @BravoZeroOne1 It's Takeshi Koike ( He worked on Animatrix, samouraï champloo...)

  • one of the most powerful scenes in a movie. The anime adds to the depth of emotion and the depths of darkness

  • We need more animes like this.

  • It used to be that only Japan could make anime like this.. Tarantino proves us wrong

  • @JhosefL yeeeeah. it's still made by them so... is there a difference.

  • damn they should make a game out of this. GO NOODLE ( I LOVE THE GORILLAZ!!! ) :D

  • She reminds me abit of Faith on that last scene!

  • japanese hit girl haha

  • The funny thing is, even if it's animated, this is the only realistic fight scene in the movie. The animators did their homework on this one.

  • what is the name of the song used in the first half? i would like to purchase it.

  • is there any anime similar to this?

  • @Edhunter8695 lmao uve got the eye!

  • So sad :C

  • hi

Whats the name of the Song which is playing at 1:40 ?

  • I understand Mr Tarantino, but this violence is very cheesy.

  • @doncseczakos Welcome to Anime, you must be new

  • @mightymarcin Dude, American's will never understand the mature nature of anime let alone much of the Japanese culture. In ways Anime is more sophisticated that western cinema could ever be. Drawing your subject matter offers full control of the emotional response audiences are subject to experience. It's absolutely brilliant, many western films just come off cheesy if they portray anime like action in the real. I understand this completely, and I don't even watch a lot of anime. Go QT...

  • @maverickplabs okay i do admit much many anime are quite mature and have this level of sophistication, but previously being quite a big fan of anime (still am, just not to the same extent), there are a lot more anime that are just silly and fit into many chiches that anime has created for itself. many of them dont go to that level. so i wouldnt say that all of anime is like that.

  • @otakuofanime by any chance know any anime similar to something like this? gory, touching yet with a good story line? Just asking since it seems like you know alot about anime.

  • @fuckedyourmom420 Higurashi no naku koro ni (Higurashi when they cry) Is pretty much like that if you're willing to look past the bland and fairly generic art its a pretty good anime. Elfen lied is another good one too with a better style but more sci fi.

  • So hardcore xD

  • where can i find the music to this? any youtube clips on it or anything, what's it called?

  • @PigFucker6969 The Grand Duel (Full Version)

  • 2:56 thats sad

  • I like how the girls first have to look at the hole through his head before realizing he's dead

  • does anybody know a cartoon that is drawn like this????

  • @JmanJblack yep its called Afro Samurai ..

  • @JmanJblack pokemon maybe

  • @JmanJblack "Kids Story" from the animatrix

  • samurai champloo

  • awesome soundtrack, great animation. so fucking sad

  • She reminds me of Noodle from Gorillaz. Innocent little Japanese girl turned to a life of violence because of a couple of assholes. She even looks like her, too.

  • any anime like this?

  • @MechaHood you can't imagine the huge amount of money they spent on animating this clip, so no.

  • :P

  • The guy in the white isn't Bill, dont't know where people are getting that from :\

  • 0:55 Could have had a V8

  • Don't you hate mondays

  • the song as a more powerful bass at 5:08

  • Making audience sympathise for the villain as much the hero... So interesting, so rarely done and all Tarantino's critics and imitators seem to notice in this movie is the violence.

  • @JonLambert89 You said it. There's so much more to this movie than the blood. (Though I must admit, I do love the action in this movie too.)

  • @JonLambert89

Yeah, usually, in real-life, criminals have had fucked-up pasts that made them the way they are. This is also usually played for laughs in childrens' shows, but I think the best kid-friendly example goes for MegaMind.

  • Wait, this was actually in the movie?

  • @Airking4321 yep

  • @Airking4321 Derp.

  • Comment removed

  • even golgo 13 wouldnt mess with her

  • Poor her. ;(

  • my favorite part <3

  • Are there supposed to be subtitles for her speaking at about 4:30?

  • @Emocliae all she sais is "look at me" and then mentions parts of her face, and if he recognises then

  • Which song is played at (3.00-3.35)?

  • whats the song playing when the guy stabs her father in the head

  • @madpinoy5683 no, that was not Bill.

  • The song near the end is called Run Fay Run. Thumbs up for all to see!

  • To continue... If O-ren was able to see Bill's face at that instance there's a good chance she would've suffered the same fate as her parents. This is why O-ren didn't acknowledge Bill as her father's killer. Again don't attack me. I'm just making educated guesses

  • Comment removed

  • @madpinoy5683

I think that probably IS meant to be Bill, but I don't think she ever thought of him as her father's killer, she'd just really think of him as another hired goon of Boss Matsumoto so she'd consider Matsumoto as the killer. At least that's my opinion, if it hadn't been him it wouldn't been another hired hand, so Bill's murder of her father was just a professional act and becomes a person she knows she can find to go down the career of assassin. Just how I interpret all this.

  • There's a debate going on here about the guy in white being Bill and about O-ren joining him. I'm just speculating but I think the guy in white is Bill, which might answer a post on here 2 years ago about how the Yakuza got into a U.S. military base in Tokyo. About O-ren joining her father's killer... my guess is that she didn't see Bill's face. Her eyes were shadowed by the edge of the bed. Another thing to consider is that Bill was looking down on the corpse of O-ren's father at the time.

  • wait are you guys saying the guy in the white suit is bill?

  • Whimper....

  • 1:07-Bill?

  • Wow guy in white suit is GAY

  • Comment removed

  • I can't help but feel bad for O-Ren because of what she endured as a child. She was my favorite in the first film. Deadly and fearsome. Totally awesome. She proved women can be tough and beautiful together, not one or the other. But this animation is worthy of a nightmare :p

  • i really dont understand how people could think that it isnt bill in that scene. with all the emphasis placed on him how else does the scene even make sense? not to mention the sword, the rings, and the sadistic nature he more or less got out of his system or at least more under control by the time he reached his old age. plus, it makes perfcect sense that he would've gained his reputation through working with the yakuza. and she never saw his face, so she would never know what he'd done to her.

  • lool at his teeth at4 38

  • This is SOOOO damn SCARY!!!!!!!!!

  • Kazuto Nakazawa is Boss

  • i think what she was saying while stabbing matsumoto was

matsumoto, look into my eyes. does it look familiar? does it look like someone you murdered?!

  • i wonder why that crime boss was after oren's father?..

  • 2:13 Goddamn, you can see so much hate in her eyes!

  • 6:31

    Silvio Berlusconi?

  • the wolf came to steal and to murder...this is a perfect portray of the devil

  • if this was a series, i would SOOO watch this.

  • I love how the two girls at the end are completely calm and then randomly start screaming.

  • Comment removed

  • Could anyone imagine if this anime would be real acting, i would be scared as Shit!

  • W H I M P E R

  • Yea, that is bill when he was younger, the reason he's looks Asian is because he is, we are all just used to the way he looked when he was older. You can also tell by the ring on his finger.

  • so beautifully animated.

  • 6:18 mirrors edge? lol atleast she reminds of her

  • Una pregunta~~ Ehh~ cual es el nombre de la cancion de la primera escena?
