@abriy Just, make sure the finger you are holding the contact with is completely dry. Also that the contact is BARELY standing on your finger. It will be much easier for it to stick to your eye. Maybe you're scared, and i was too, but i've gotten usto touching my eye, and now it's much easier to keep it open.

@mrcaution Try to get your eyes wet with tears. You can also get them wet by taking your under eye lid out, and then drop a little drop of contactlens-liquid in it. That way the contact lens will suck onto your eye :) NO that doesnt hurt.

People just make sure you dont put them on your eyelashes. Get super close to a mirror, when it's in wait 3 seconds and blink slowly.

Omg i got them in once on Tuesday .. how i did it is i looked down apparently that works.. tips give ur eyes some time to rest change up the direction you are looking before you put them in... im a newbie at this only had them for about three days went to put them on yesterday and it didnt work somedays you just have to give yourself a rest. Just because you get hem in once doesnt mean its going to happen everyday. I still cant consistently keep putting them in just practice and practice.

I use extra soft contact lenses which I can wear 24/7 for about a week or so. This means I only practice inserting them and taking them out every other week, to let the eyes rest and use glasses for a few years. When you don't do it that often, it's quite hard sometimes. This helped. Thanks!

I find the best tecnique when inserting is to look upwards as you are bringing the contact into your eye, i myself find it hard to look directly forward as you insert the contact. The soft lenses are best for inserting into the eye in my opinion anyway because as soon as they touch the eye all you need to do is move your eye around until it centres and then slowly blink afterwards to secure it.

The hard contacts can really be a pain in the ass if you're not a pro at putting them and can really hurt your eye, but 99% of the contact users use soft contacts which can't hurt your eye (unless your hands/contacts are dirty).

Man, you're lucky to have big eyes. Getting those disposables in is an ordeal for someone with small eyes. I wear mine 2 weeks non-stop day&night as it takes me about 1 hour to get them both in. They tend to fold up a bit as soon as they touch my eyes and the reflex of the lids pushes them back out. I know they'll stay in when I hear a funny suction sound. lol
