i used to believe it was fake just from what I read and various TV stuff, but when you really think about it, the lie would only work if they claimed that all launch platforms, vehicles and other rubbish was brought back to earth, making it imposible to prove or disprove the landings. The fact that they claim to have left these on the surface means that any country with enough knowhow would soon find this out. China & Russia would love to disprove it, as they haven't that speaks for itself.

the satelites took pictures around the moon in set intervals of eachother orbitting the moon.

so basicly they were taken and sent in the order they were meant to be in.

this can be traced and placed in the right places. also logs are recorded as to the satalites position and time regularly making it easy for anyone with the propper knowledge and resources to model the ground approprietly

aghh in "world wind" we got better shapes even if some of them were les res.

the south pole is actually more like a cone with overwealming hugh crates and highs. & In the north pole you can see a lot of friction that actually happened somewhen. South pole is good for searchings .

anyway google earth moon has not really good images on this, I think it's not really better than worldwind except for the new technological features and pictures incorporated as panoramas and etc.

In fact, Google themselves just showed you recent pictures taken that are constantly updated.
