A couple of tips.

Shoes: WEAR THEM

Visor: USE IT

Drop start: DON'T (an alternate way, hold the rear handle [the one with the throttle] between your legs and place your hand on the front handle, now pull the cord).

I love the ms460 that's what i run. I am a professional timber faller out of Clatsop county Oregon. I actually run the ms460 BUT I always put in a 64 piston. Same bore just the 64 piston is bigger from top to bottom. You have to lift up your head about a 1/16 of a inch and shave a little off the bottom of the 64 piston. Gives you a longer stroke which in turns gives you a saw like mine. That absolutely Tears shit up Daily! I rename my saw 644's

Great video mate. Those big Stihl saws have a bueatiful bark to them. Dad had a Stihl 460 that sounded good. I use Huskies that sound like angry hornets (no stihl dealer nearby).
