Is that common practice in your school to have the lower, colored belts put on demonstrations of the techniques they are learning?

At all levels students have to demonstrate their techniques on live partners for rank testing.

i found the dvd all i need to memorized is palama sets 1,2,and 3

i tried teaching my friend some of the basics but i didnt go so well

were going to buy sparring gear to avoid future injuries

Actually, "White/Purple" belt is one rank below purple belt. Most schools use a "orange" belt for the same level.

Hehe nice Video i practise Wun Hop Kuen Do which is partly based on Kajukenbo. And some of the techniques in this video are similar to WHKD.
