I swear that Jeffrey Combs looks just like James Lorinz. Maybe its just the glasses. But they both have a similar look. I almost thought maybe the character Jeffrey in Frankenhooker was supposed to be Herbert, moved back in with his mom (in the story he is a med school drop out that is now working at an electrical power plant). Maybe it was a kind of homage, I even remember there being a syringe of glowing goo. But yeah it's not the same guy even though I really thought it was.
