Every and single are qualifiers which do not modify the subject into a plural, because single interjected in between Every and one prevents every from modifying one into a plural form. The sentence is not only grammatically incorrect but also poorly written. Poorly written because communication should be easy to understand, clear and concise. Idioms should be avoided in letters.
