Chocolate Tempering Tips

can i use regular Dove Dark chocolate (the kind that are individually wrapped with red foil) in this machine? Will it temper?

love it where can i buy a tempering unit . can i get it at walmart etc.....

@nanettect get a bowl of water.. put another bowl with your chocolate on it.. water bath or Bain Marie.
