@dwjantz He changes the meaning of what the bible is saying. If you google "Message Bible" changes. You will see why it's being rejected. He even changes the Lords prayer and puts in "as above as below" witch is a Hermeticism term. And it isn't what Jesus said. It's pure blasphemy.

This Eugene Peterson's "message bible distorts and changes the word of God. It uses new aged phrases and symbolism.
