Pick up some Emergen-C. It's basically flavored powder that you can put in water that gives you an extra boost of Vitamin C. I've been feeling a bit sick recently myself, and drinking two packets a day has really helped. Also, I'm totally buying a DAYCDSBANGD shirt.
