If there was ever one part, one shot that was my favorite in this whole film, it would easily be 5:53 - 6:41. Just one long shot following Myers through the street with the epic theme playing the whole time. That brilliantly-done shot just goes to show how dangerous he really is, because the people don't know what he looks like yet; they don't know what he's wearing or what his mask looks like. And it's Halloween; a lot of people are dressed up. Even that police car didn't notice him. Creepy...

Dr. Loomis wanted Michael Myers in a maximum security system, but the idiots in authority didn't think Michael was dangerous, Loomis knew Michael is dangerous. The system failed, Dr. Loomis was not responsible, Michael Myers escaped on his own.
