  • I had it for a week, and it drove me nuts. Thank God it went away!!

  • can everybody with tinnitus stop feeling so fucking sorry for themselves? god... starting to hate everybody with tinnitus.. "u don't know what it's like" "it's hard to sleep" , so fucking what?! alot of people have it worse, so shut the fuck up.

  • @Ascoli1898Calcio

I think you're the one who should shut the fuck up. Take your iPod or whatever and download a 24 hour buzzing sound and play that all night. Once you've honestly done this, and you still feel that Tinnitus isn't a big thing, let me know.

  • @Jagg013 , I think that tinnitus may be very horrible to have, but still, as I said, many people have it worse in other situations, so I'm just so pissed off that everyone with tinnitus feels so god damn sorry for them selves, and that they're a pain in the ass, whining about it all the time. It's not like they're starving or dying or anything.

  • @Ascoli1898Calcio I understand how you hate whining people, but the truth is that some of them are dying. My dad had tinnitus so bad that the noise drowned out any other noise and that was the only thing he heard. One day he couldn't take it anymore and he hung himself while i was at school. There are also other cases like that around. Its a disease you bring to the grave.

  • @Jagg013, If your case is true, then that is really horrible, and I'm sorry. But I have never heard any other cases of tinnitus where people actually kill themselves. I would like to see a similiar video to this, but with some tiny tiny kid crying about his mother who just died from starvation or aids or something. That is something I would more likely listen to.

  • The sound of my huge ass flapping in the winds of shit blows this sound anytime...

  • your mum in bed can make a sound uglier than that

  • @wheelattack agree:)hhaha

  • I have a minor case of Tinnitus when its quiet enough i can hear it loud

  • omg i got a headace now

  • HOPE THERE IS A CURE VERY SOON FOR YOU ALL GOD BLESS

  • @Janice888601 i dont think gods blessings will cure it

  • holy shit! that's the sound!

  • mine is almost the same sound with the drill mixed in. when the clip ends i have to laugh cuz i can still hear that sound buzzin away. the look in the girl's eyes really speaks to the ' this is my hell but i have to live with it ' part of having Tinnitus. The 'How annoying is this' is really awsum too.

For some great advice check out the American Tinnitus Association's FB page and web site. :-O I can still hear it....

  • it sad when your little you dont like it being quit for a long time but when you have tinitus like me all you want is quit now i forgot what 100% quit is. <=(

  • oww.

  • not the ugliest sound, but the ugliest woman i ever seen!! hahahaha, just kidding

  • When I was 14, and bored, I went up to these hills during the holidays on a dull, grim February afternoon. I noticed how QUIET it was, with silent sheep in the fields and the town below. Yet I still had this steely white sound in my only working ear. To this day, I still don't know what true silence is.

  • I wish i could remember what silence is. Mine sounds exactly like this right in the middle of my brain. Yup, it's not in my ears but right in my head all the time. This is a great video, thanks :-)!

  • @undulateor Empathise. Had hearing problems since I was 2. Marginalised me. Still does. Truly hope you don't suffer it as bad as you describe.

  • somethings wrong i cant hear

  • I hear this sound every waking moment.

  • @Durusial exactly this sound?

  • @JocJav

It's not as high pitched as the sound on this vid, but apart from that, its the same noise.

  • @Durusial mine is really strange is now so loud but i dont why when i move my jaw forward i feel like the t disappears

  • @JocJav

Sounds like you may have a condition called Tmj (Temporomandibular joint disorder). You should look it up.

I have Tmj, and its how I developed my Tinnitus.

  • @Durusial so its possible to eliminate the sound ? im going to visit my dentist tomorrow

  • @JocJav

Well if you do have tmj, its a tricky condition to treat.

But yea, if the tmj is treated, your tinnitus should reduce in volume, and in some cases may go altogether.

  • @dimitri862 Hey I found some really great support on the American Tinnitus Association Facebook page. Literally 2000 members all with Tinnitus. No spam just real stories and help.

  • i hate that sound, reminds me of the dentist :(

  • Tinnitus is common :)

  • Haha sounds just like mine! Didn't even hear it until I turnt the volume up some more and watched for the second time ;D

  • i wanna have sex with my tinnitus

  • Lol, why is that?

  • @thomaswelvaert wow u can do that how show me

  • maybe i should stop listening to songs full blast on my ipod.... :-s

  • @sharingan6686 good that I dont listen to music =) and u should stop listening to music too so u dont get tinnitus mate.. and if u really have to listen to music then wear those big headphones and dont have too high volume medium is fine

  • i had my tinnitus for like 4 years...i learned to live wit it pretty much... Hopefully there cud be a cure soon. What worries me is that maybe it may be a result of something that maybe wrong inside of me..not necessarily music. It's possible..after all tinnitus is a symptom too. Im only 15... =/

  • @xOxPaRiS2xOx OMG MEEE TOOO we can be tinnitus buddys

i have had tinnitus my hole life sometimes it drives me crazy but then i deal with it

  • @jane199505 aww im sorry =/ yeaa we can haha ;] ill add you as a friend then!

  • I will thow out my iPod!

  • i have it too , not from my mp3 , but the beach :(

  • FUCK MY HEADS

  • think of it: there are probably MUCH louder ones than your or my tinnitus....

  • You're lucky then. Most of the time I can deal with tinnitus, but some days it's worse than others.

  • @MookieMoogle yeah mee too especially when its all quite

    am like damn

  • @CptFriggerJizz yeah mee toooo

  • holy crap. I couldn't watch the whole thing. That was hurting my ears... lol

... I have a little bit of tinnitus from listening to music at full blast for 8 hours a day at work for the past 12 years buts very faint. I only notice it when I plug my ears... or if its completely quiet. I can still hear fairly clearly. As loud and as long as I listen to my headphones, I'm surprised I still have any hearing at all..

  • seriously considering suicide to get away from it.

  • DON'T DO IT!! I have it too & just heard today about a possible cure on the tv show 'the doctors'.

There's a device called a 'neuromonic tinnitus treatment device' that has just been developed. I'm telling my doctor about it tomorrow. NEVER give up hope. Don't let it win!!

  • @bryanweis wow dude calm down!! dang

  • me too. At some point it's unbearable.

Medicine that can't help, people who don't understand. With tinnitus, you're truly alone.

  • @lodevijk Yep. I've had it my whole life. It has progressed. My wife said we should learn sign language because one day tinnitus will be the only thing I can hear.

  • Ya, I get that feeling sometimes too.

  • @lodevijk what dose your're truly alone mean?

  • @jane199505 It means that nobody else in the entire world knows how it sounds to you. Nobody else in the world been in your head. Even other people with tinnitus experience it differently. Some are not annoyed by the sound. Some lose their hearing.

  • @jane199505 Also, when one is trying to fall asleep and ignore the sound of tinnitus, there is not going to be an other person there to pat on the shoulder.

  • @lodevijk AMEN I have tinitus to people just say it just a noise its sad they think its nothing like were "over" reacting until they get it

  • i woke up this morning not hearing the f.. noise. its 4 hours now that i dont heare it.

if this continues this day will be my new birthday.

i could cray how happy i am.

btw. i get tinnitus somwhere in 12monht last year. i tried to figure out what was i doing back then to get it, and only thing that i can remember is that in that period i was intesively going to pole and diving.

i dont now maybe the presure f.. up my ears

  • I hear that sound 24/7 and have for the past 17 years :(

  • i only heard shoes

  • if you are not joking...you should seriously consider a visit to your doctor!!!

  • a doc cant help you :p tinnitus is not cureable

  • @oddslane true that your just going to have to deal with it

    well at least i do

  • i know. I went to rock concerts way back in the 70s. They were so freaking loud. And now I suffer from the damage, as well as wearing headphones. As well as the shotgun blasts I endured as a teenager while hunting . My right ear is fucked up. at least I can still hear in my left ear/

  • That's how my tinnitus sounds! I've listened to a lot of videos about tinnitus and they didn't sound like what I hear but this was just about dead on.

  • Umm.. I used to hear somthing ...

  • MY EARS ARE BLEEDING DAMN U!!

  • u bitch. u hurt my ears.

  • wow that was awful

  • we broke something that i never thought could be broken. this is not a headache, no broken bone, no pills, no cure, just the screechiest unpredictable noise every waking moment. Turn the music down people!!!

  • Oh yeah. I'm not suffering from Tinnitus (yet). Its cool. Thank god I found these vids that wear earplugs, other wise I wouldn't.

  • omfg mine got away after watching this!!!

  • Comment removed

  • mine is nothing like mine is a lot quiter and is a little lower in pitch i think

  • That video gave me tinnitus

  • Yeah this is so close to what it sounds like. So keep ur headphones low and wear ear protection when close to machinary or any loud noise.

  • you too? its almost exactly what i hear 24/7. curse ear buds and metal music..... how was i to know i would kill my hearing....

  • You will never hear pure silence again. But it does not worry me so much now as I like to ''mask" it by listening to music as much as I can and leaving the TV on when I go to sleep. It is possible to ignore the noise of tinitus but still it must not be too loud or it can get worse.

  • Im a metal fan too. And I got it from blasting metal in my head full blast with my mp3 player everyday. How stupid...

  • I hope this video helps to prevent some people doing this to themselves!!!

This is the best representation I've seen so far of what I hear!!! I have measured my tinnitus against external sounds with a sound meter, my tinnitus is about 55 - 60 db. That's pretty loud! I can hear it over a lot of things, the TV, my PC fan, a car engine even, it really can drive you mad.

  • im in a band, and were REALLY loud.

i plan to order IEMs (in ear monitors) fairly soon

my friend just got this from iPoding daily and its made me think its not worth chancing it.

it would actuallly drive me insane.

    great advert

  • Fucking ass

  • i have tinnitus but its not that bad thankfully. that sounds horrible

  • THAT WAS AWFUL!

  • the title matches her face

  • o my god! kill yourself. ur life sucks

  • maybe life will show you its special kinds of humor too one day...

maybe you will die one day without knowing it...

    who knows?

    Qué Será, Será... ;D

here in germany we have a saying which is:"unkraut vergeht nicht."

  • well good thing im not german and i dont know what that saying means

  • dictionary?

    whatever?!?

doesn`t make any difference for me...

do you want to know what it means?

  • sure

  • in english it should be:"bad weeds grow tall."

what i`ve wanted to say with it was that life won`t get me done so fast. bad weeds are often quite resistant and not so easy to get rid off.

    :D

its some kind of a cynical optimism. more optimistic than cynic i think.

  • weeds dont die

  • Actually I believe it says, "Tennitis: Get your fucking ears checked or else."

    lol

  • i got it

    its not that bad

it was caused by my ipod, but its mainly stress related too

let this be a warning for everyone who puts his speakers on maxx

this is for the rest of your life people

  • Comment removed

  • sounds quite original like my lovely little, noisy friend inside my head, who is always there for me. i wonder if i would miss him if he would go. :D maybe one day i will remember it as a part of the good old days... Qué Será, Será...

  • its not that bad o.O

  • sounds alot like mine :/

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my head you bitch

  • For all of you that have "T" that came here, it's time for you to move on with life and worry about other things. No wonder your "T" seems to get louder, it's because you let "T" disrupt your life. -Your journey in search for videos, reports, forums, and reports about "T" should all STOP NOW. Like many others that have said, ITS TIME TO LET GO OF "T" How did I let go of "T"? Well, I simply didn't give a shit about it.

  • Give a shit about it? yours it at a low level is why. Try not being able to hear poeple speak easily, watch tv talk on phone... Its real loud for some of us

  • That's right. It is a way of coping with it. Whether its high or low, you must remember there is no cure for "T". You can either get around it, or continue to worry and feel sorry about yourself (kinda like you). Do us all a favor, if you are going to be negative about this, don't post at all. It's f'ing depressing.

  • Jerk off. Go away. I dont feel sorry for myself. I like to bring awareness to the possible severity. You have a caffeine buzz in your head I would guess. If you get to the level some of us are then talk. Until then stop acting like someone who knows what they F they are talking about. Cope with that tool.

  • batfellas, thank you for reminding all of us all about how f'ed up it is to have "T." After months had gone by, and just when we began to get around it here you are bringing it all back. Thanks for the wonderful reminder waiting in my inbox. You GO AWAY.

  • wow.

  • I...Hate... Tinitus.

  • the firealarms set mine off, and fizzy drinks, sometimes one ear switches on loud with it. its trippy listenening to computer generated tinnitus sounds when you have it...even more when drunk, lol

  • Uhh..... My head....

  • krass

  • i have sometimes after parties a ringing in ear but its for some time only, can sum1 explain is that tinnitus for a while?

  • After parties or gigs you can have ringing in your ears for a short time, often before you go to bed, which goes away after a while. If you keep doing that though you might get permanent tinnitus, but since everybody is unique the only sensible thing you can do is be careful.

  • thanks ;)

  • Ja Tinitus ist sehr schlimm

    x.x

  • I am a therapist who helps hundreds of people let go of tinnitus, based in London, UK.

Watching this video could be stressful for people with tinnitus. Whereas it is good to realise we are not alone with this, which your video does very well, what people need is constructive advice on how to let go of this condition.

Please look at my videos for help with tinnitus and know that you CAN let go of it. I had it for 16 years, badly for 4 years and now no longer have it at all.

  • That's what tinnitus sounds like? Hmm, I might want to get my right ear checked out, then.

  • DENTISTS!! AHHHHH WORST NIGHTMARE!

  • I have tinnitus.

It's not that bad once you get used to it.

  • it depends...

  • once my class was playing that but it was more high piched and evri 1 had it on their laptops and all the teachers are like i cant hear it but the kids are like ehmagwad TURN IT OFF and i was soooo anoying!!! lolz

    ~~~
    i belive in unicorns
    ~~~

they dont belive in me ~~~:-(((

  • gah !

    = |!!

when it stopped i was like 'SILENCE NEVER SOUNDED SO GOODD!!'

  • Maybe that's why dentists are more prone to suicide than most other professions...

I can't think of another reason why...they make a fortune, they only have to work 30 to 40 hours a week, tops...and they can take long vacations to just about anywhere they want to go...

  • fuck , headache or what? I ve had that way too many times!

  • omfg my ears are fuckin bleeding im not kidding

  • Yup...that's what it's like. Day in, day out...

  • Pfff... nightmares..

    soo damn anoying

  • Lord Have Mercy

    We NEED a cure!

    :-(

  • This is pretty close to what i hear.

  • What frequency was that? It was awesome. I felt so much better!

  • omg thats whats its like i have it fucking sucks

  • I LOVE IT,

it´s interfering my tinnitus from 00:21 to 00:24 sec

  • i have tinnitus in my left ear but i can hear just aswell as my right

  • THIS! is exactly the sound tinnitus (almost end of the vidclip) i HAVE and very frustrating!

  • gran video para dar a conocer el dichoso pitido

  • I can't hear anything. lol

  • Then you probably got hearing loss, cause I can easily hear it.

  • I have myoclonus of the tensor tympani muscle (spasm of inner ear muscles) if that isn't enough! - Has anyone heard of it, or can relate to me? Please help?

  • Very real sounding Tinnitus. Thank you for sharing. People need to learn about this horrible noise.
