Seth Bishop's death was ruled accidental and the case is closed. Dr. Bishop was never charged with sending bombs neither. To make now Dr. Bishop responsible for her brother's death and with sending bombs to a professor, is quite irresponsible and opportunistic.

The fact that she's a high IQ does not mean she was immune to mental illness.

I think that law enforcement dropped the ball in this case. Dr. Bishop has a past history of criminal acts but was never charged with any of them. Yes, there are some psychological issues here but most people with some degree of this type of impairment do not act upon the type of impulses that Bishop acted upon. Corrupt and inept law enforcement agencies enabled Bishop to progress and eventually get to where she is now-charged with the murder of three innocent people.
