Yes the best backhand EVER, others are just nice too watch, stylilistic ones maybe, one good shot here and there. Novak´s WINS all, since break points, closes games to saving match points which chains GS, Masters, EVERYTHING. Ask Federer, he´d kneel and pray for a backhand like THAT.
Rafa beats Roger, because he as a lefty can hit superhigh topspins onto Roger onehanded backhand. Fed cant use effectively his superb slice backhand, coz Rafa can hit it back with forehand. Fed often beat Nole (& other powerhitters) because he made good use of his slice backhand, which he hits onto twohanded backhand so the rally is interrupted and the player answer with a harmless shot which Fed kills with his forehand.
Nole´s backhand grip is a different one than Rafa´s. He can hit high balls
Sorry to intervene. We must notice, that Fed mostly loses to Rafa, even in his prime. We know that Fed was the only one to beat a super Nole this year and almost got him in NY, too. And we see, that Rafa has no means to beat Nole in top shape. So, let us suppose, Fed becomes a bit stronger and consistant: It is a TicTacToe-Situation: Rafa over Fed, Fed over Nole, Nole over Rafa. The reason for it: different backhand techniques.
New video of Match between DJOKOVIC and NADAL on my channel! Screened in a funny way, professional production (music and video dedicated). A lot of hard work was there. You won't regret 5 minutes of laughing while Nadal is wearing thongs and playing with the biggest racket :) :D Thumbs if liked it! :D
Best one right now, but not the best of all time. I'd rate Safin's, Agassi's, Borg's, Nalbandians, and Kafelnikov's higher. Davydenko actually has a pretty similar backhand to Djokovic, although he is like 5 shorter than Djokovic.

Hahaha...no clips of him VS Federer : D guess you couldnt find one with his backhand beating him? Why? Federer is retardedly good playing agaisnt poeple with two handed backhands o.o Well...all really... and alot of people will say Uhhh Nadal has a two handed and he has a winning record agaisnt him : O well yes nadal is also much younger and uses excessive topspin. Something federer apparently cant adapt to...which saddens me : (
@derekanaya Can't you read? This is a compilation from Madrid Masters 2011 tournament only. Roger lost to Rafa in semis there. Djokovic beat Federer nine times. That's more than enough against someone who's "retardedly good playing agaisnt poeple with two handed backhands."
@AbsoluteSensation Haha Guess I can't : P I did not even notice the madrid open thing : P Again the younger thing is a big help there. I think Federer would give Nole a good spanking if he were his age. Im not saying Nole is bad. Or the rafa is bad. I mean I clearly am not doing any better (although im working on it) I just think that the statistics point to roger being better.
@derekanaya It's pretty hard to compare the two because Federer is 6 years older. Federer got his first 4 victories (over Novak) while Djokovic was still a teenager. On other side Djokovic is better now when Federer is 30 y.o.
When you look at the results, Federer is the best player ever and no one can deny that.

@ulizinho You have some point there, at times it can be a Tic-Tac-Toe although in 2011 Djokovic dominated both Federer and Nadal (7-1). He beat Fed in 3 out of last 4 GS meetings. But yeah, if you ask me who is the toughest match-up for Djokovic - it's an in-form Federer, It amazez me the most how Djokovic crushed Nadal this year...unbeliveable. It was 14-4 and now it's 16-13.
Rafa beats Roger, coz a lefty can hit superhigh topspins onto Roger 1handed BH. Fed cant use effectively his superb slice BH, coz Rafa can hit it back with forehand.
All of you guys are fucking stupid. Nalbandian's backhand is the best in tennis. It has speed, power and consistency. He can easily over power Djokovic just with his backhand. I think that if Nalbandian played his best against Djokovic, he would win. He is calm, better strokes, more power, and more consistent. I agree that Djokovic is the best but just because he is number one now doesn't mean his strokes are better than everyone's. All i'm saying is facts. If you don't like it than oh well lol.
@imaganster44 Right, so by your definition, Nalbandian is a better player than Novak. Would you mind explaning to me why Novak trashes Nalbandian every time they meet and why Novak has 4 grand slams and Nalbanian has 0? You fanboys are so fucking dumb.
@imaganster44 im sorry but ur strokes dont get any better than the ones displayed in this video and then it comes down to consistency and im afraid djokovic is a lot better in that department, and im a rafael nadal fan
the problem for nadal is that the top spin shats doesent bother djokovic like the others players ;; and another problem is that djokovic has good forehand and bachand unlike federer where nadal allways serve at federer bachand federer plays slais and nadal has time to set himself for forehand
@ductrung3993 Nalbandian had his flashes of greatness, but not even close to Djokovic when it comes to consistency and we all know that consistency separates the big champions from shaky talented players.
The more u watch this u realize Djoker really is the anti-Nadal. His backhand deals with the heavy top spin easily by taking it super early and Rafa has no idea where it's going. And Wimbledon showed that the surface doesn't matter. Fascinating.
This is seriously the best shot in the game right now. What he does with his backhand, especially on the run to turn defense instantly into offense, sliding over into the corner, is just remarkable.
Perhaps Djokovic now has the best backhand but no the most beautiful.I think that the most beautiful backhand have Anderson but djokovic is perhaps 2nd or 3rd in that matter
Djokovic's backhand in this is just mind blowing. I've been trying to imitate his backhand ever since. My backhand still suck...T T

@khemistryy Again, Safin is retired. On his best day his BH used to be great.
AbsoluteSensation 3 weeks ago
@khemistryy nah- djokovic does a lot more with his backhand. It's not just pace, but ability to change direction and a variety of things.
