Why do you want to put a turbo on an M3? The S50B32 engine was and still is one of the finest N/A engines ever produced and is designed so it doesn't need a turbo. It is by all acounts a bona fide supercar engine. Throwing a glorified hair dryer on it is a henious crime.

These are enthusiast drivers cars not Japanese torque monsters for adrenaline junkies. The E36 M3 is already becoming an endangered species, please don't contribute to their extinction.

Trust me it will take you some time before you will be able to drive an M3 with any enthusiasm even after you've passed your test. But you can learn as much theory as you can about basic steering, oversteer, driving line and cornering before your test and you will have one hell of a head start! Go-Karting is an excellent way of learning these skills. But get reading, there are some good driving articles on the net as well as dvds and books.
