It all really depends on what you guys consider an overdose. Some people might consider being "too high" (does that exist?)(just kidding, it does) an overdose, whereas most people probably think of it as how much it takes to kill you. You would need A LOT of weed to die. Like pounds and pounds. And you would pass out after smoking a certain amount anyway. And if you want to argue eating it and overdosing, well. Your stomach can only hold so much.
