As a continuation of my previous comment, the play was really made by the LDE getting pressure on the QB, but I still think it was an excellent play by #2.

As a fan of great defense, his best play throughout the entire video came at 2:35 . Great recognition, closing speed, body control, and ability to get to the ball. That was an excellent hustle play and ended a drive. Those are the kinds of plays you want to see from a safety.

Forget most of those interceptions- a lot of those were overthrows from the QB. Forget most of the hits/tackles- a lot of those were on players moving laterally.

To see a play like I mentioned from a sophomore... WOW.
