To be honest with you. I am not sure what to say.... I go back and forth on how I feel about this issue. Christianity and Jews, depending on who you talk to, have done so much war and spread so much hate as to say why would black people want to claim such a horrible religion & say these are black people in the Bible? Of course, the good that is done is always overshadowed. The true other side is a spiritual issue in terms of the truth is the truth. I guess we all are just on a spiritual journey.

In the book of Deuteronomy 28th chapter, i see everything that the real Hebrews went through, but i don't see anything about them going through a gas chamber. I see slavery, chains around their necks, children sold , weakness, name calling etc. Genesis 10:3 is where they come from, gentiles. Revelation 2:9. I'm not racist or hate them. It's just the truth. How was Genesis 15:13 not fulfilled? I do realize that the Israelites were in Egypt 430 years but the first 30 they were guests. The 400 years began after Joseph died and the new pharaoh was afraid of the Israelites turning against the Egyptians. So....I'm lost.
Scripture tells us that our people spent at total of 430yrs in Egypt. However, the prophecy states that we would have 400yrs of SLAVERY & OPPRESSION. Of those 430yrs spent in Egypt only 200 or so was spent in slavery / oppression by the Egyptians.

Therefore we know that Joseph was approximately 39 when the Israelites arrived in Egypt. We also know from Scripture that Joseph died at the age of 110yrs old. Genesis 50:26
From there we can calculate that the Israelites spent approximately 71 years in Egypt during Joseph’s life alone, wherein they were NOT oppressed by the Egyptians.
There is not a single Scripture that says that it wasn't nor is there a single Scripture which says that it was. We must use wisdom; bcuz these things were INTENTIONALLY hidden from the masses. So if u r looking for a single passage which says that the prophecy was NOT fulfilled during the Egyptian captivity; I have none. However....

We must read a few passages prior to Acts 7:6 so that we may understand the context. Our brother Stephen was giving a brief history lesson from the time of Abraham to his present day. He was falsely accused by the Jewish leadership of his day and was attempting to prove himself innocent of the charges.
He was NOT trying to prove or disprove the 400yr prophecy as he spoke. It was only a 'backdrop' to a larger story. He NEVER claimed that the Egyptian captivity fulfilled the 400yr prophecy. I understand how one can make that assumption; however, he NEVER made that conclusion in his monologue.
As a matter of fact; if anything brother Stephen only FURTHER damaged the belief that the Egyptian captivity fulfilled the 400yr prophecy (Acts 7:18-20).
More than half of those "reasons" are bogus and based on madness eisegesis. Amazing.
