  • hey hey! Have you thought about -fast abs magic (google it)? Iveheard some incredible things aboutit and my GF got amazing Six packabs and lost a truck load of of bellyfat with it.

  • Durianrider has to 'label' himself for validation on his self-identity and low self-esteem. He has "VEGAN" and "ORGANIC ATHELETE" and crap like the labelled on him all the time. It's a desperate cry for acceptance and validation, and shows the root of his eating disorder ways, and obsession with achievement. He was diagnosed with Schizophrenia years ago but does not take any meds. Harley and Freelea both get Disability pension and encourage others to do the same.

  • The 801010 diet is a cover for an eating disorder... watch?v=vSi_iJc3iSM

  • Come at me when he hits 700LB...which is my max!!! ALL NATURAL TOO BRAH!!!!!!!!

  • @rhanley33 Damn, that's a great lift. You should get that on vid. To be honest I'll never be able to get that, because I weigh under 140 lbs. However, all my lifts for my body weight/strength ratio are considered "advanced". Check out my channel for lifts.

  • For real.. I can DL 220 at my weakest, Im pregnant.. and my husband is way over that guy... Vegan fail..

  • @poeticwaxer see newest vid.

  • Meat eaters always talking about B12, but the very animals they eat get supplemented with B12.

  • very impressive for 5 reps after only 3 months! some haters here are saying 300 isn't anything impressive but of course his 1rm would be significantly higher. also, he could add 50 lbs overnight with a couple technique tweaks.

  • Yep this is an impressive video (but he's not that strong at all), but I commend the effort. I'd really like to see more videos of strength athletes claiming they don't need protein rather than raw vegan endurance athletes! THanks for sharing! I can't wait to see his progress and form improve

  • So.. what's this video trying to prove? I'm asking because I'm roughly this guy's size, if not smaller, and recently set a state deadlift record of 603lbs. If you were trying to convince me that my meat and fish rich diet is much healthier and useful for my goals, you did a great job.

  • @xfdxfdxfdxfdxfd Really? Do you have a video? That's awesome man.. I'm below 160 trying to get to 500 right now, on animal foods of course, I just started training DL as well.

  • Haters: just don't watch, and supporters: really? Rule #1: don't feed the trolls.

  • That guy is tiny as hell too. He can't be much over 5'5...... Amazing! Power of fruit and greens triumphs all!

  • Watch out for the fucking youtube form police.. Losers always think they can instruct people to be winners. Strange phenomenon. Great stuff - keep it up!

  • I bet there is somebody stronger out there. Chris Califano I think deadlifted more than that

  • @asnoethias yeah, there is a lot of guys stronger than me for sure that been doing deadlifts for years and are heavier than me. That's not too much of the point of the vid. This is just my progression, which is a great start. Marcus Patrick is got some serious heavy deadlifting videos by the way, too. I'd check him out, too. I'm a huge fan.

  • @iusecomputers2 grains are healthly dumb ass

  • Cool video, i really like the ambient music too!

  • The heaviest watermelon in the world weighs 122 kilos, Mike would pick it up and take it home without problem...

  • @iusecomputers2 whats your point?

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990 LOL you got owned fool!LMAO

  • @82Bdog well done sir! im 19,deadlifting 455 at a body weight of 175 and 6%!growning stronger every day......its the vegans that are getting 'OWNED'.meat eaters are WINNING!!!! enjoy being skinny fat and having acne!

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990

LOL you fool. i've been a raw vegan for a couple years now, and I don't have acne.

Plus, WHO CARES how much you can lift? WHO CARES, REALLY?

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990 Yeah buddy sure you are... Acne? You must not know anything about it or you would know high fat diets are the main culprit. Nope not fat at all. I'm all muscle and we're about the same weight but who cares? The facts show that my diet is superior to yours. I'm not gonna boast about how strong I am on youtube when I have no vids up(that's what trolls like you do).

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990 well done, wait until you're in your late 20's and see if you cans till do it, because I know this guy will be able to if he's not already in his late 20's. And the only Raw Vegans with acne are the ones who are Detoxing or eating a high fat Raw Gourmet diet.

  • Thanks for the link :D

  • Bad form. 275 lbs. But still kinda impressive for his diet! At least he doesn't have to worry about heart disease and probably kicks butt in cardio. He will probably need b12 shots eventually, but to each his own. Good for him!

  • @petekrusetunes B12 is created in the body and not needed from outer sources unless you have an absorption problem or are taking meds that deplete it.

  • @Sesshou17 i have yet to hear this from a reputable source. can you please site where you have learned this?

until then i will continue getting blood tests and using sub-lingual supps

  • @adamc404 I've learned this through much research type b12 is created in the body in google and click the 3rd link. They quote from credible sources. Basically, b12 is created by bacteria that is present in our gut, or SHOULD be by eating fruits/vegs that have been in cobalt rich soil. Many people that have b12 problems aren't getting a good soil infused supply of fruits/vegs. This is why many animal producers give animals cobalt in their salt licks.

  • @petekrusetunes I agree, he rounds his back far too much... B12 is not a vegan issue, 39% of Americans are b12 deficient... are 39% vegan?? no way man. b12 deficiency is an environmental issue... lack of b12 fortified top soil, pollution, stress... all lead to b12 deficiency

  • @petekrusetunes If you can find me a world class power lifter that doesnt supp b12, let me know. Ive never met an elite athlete that doesnt supp b12. Yeah, I ask. ;)

300lbs. Dude has been training for 3 MONTHS lol! and can lift double your max weight.

  • @durianriders I'm a little worried about his back, but the dude is impressive no doubt! :)

  • @durianriders Who have you asked? If you think what elite powerlifters take is b12 I have an island I want to sell you. I have never heard of any b12 talk.

Good lifting Mike. Clean up the setup and attack a few weaknesses you will be good for more. Don't fall into this silly dogmatic diet stuff man.

  • @BMoney01234 It's because of his diet that he is able to lift so much. Fruit= Natural Power

  • @durianriders Great Job man tell these Morons! Honestly I dont waste my time anymore, Let people die of Heart disease and cancer. Gluten, meat and dairy is why people are sick today! Let all those dumb stubborn fucks die!

  • You jelly?

  • thats just terrible form

  • Well after learning your weight I am more impressed. I am 200 pounds and I can only do 400 for 4-5 times. You do OVER twice your body weight and it looks like you could do 10.

  • 225* lbs

  • Bar is 45. There is 1 45 on each side. 2 45's on each side is equal to 245 lbs. There must be something I'm missing. And if you keep in touch with him, make sure to tell him to keep his back straight before he fucks it up.

  • There is two 45s on each side, olympic bar is 45 and little ones are 25s o he is doing 275. I can fast rep 315 as a vegan so its not so impressive but it does show that raw can have strength... which I think is the point.

  • @lookwhatsnext Yeah, that's the whole point, this isn't the BEST deadlift in the world, but it's enough. I've only started deadlifting this year and this more than DOUBLE my weight. The aim is for triple my weight sometime next year, if I can. By the way it is: 4 x 45 + 2 x 25 + 2 x 10 + 2 x 2.5 + the bar, which is 45 = 300 lbs Next video, I'll take a better picture of the weight. Look forward to your lifting videos, the fruit world needs more strongmen. :)

  • @lookwhatsnext there are also 10s 5s and 2 1/2s with makes it 300. Look closer.

  • @eatforenergy yep, got it cleared up!

  • @CBasie2856 Everyone has there own reasons for being vegan.

  • @jiggpuff

    AND?????

  • @CBasie2856 And........... That's it! haha You told mmaarrkkoodd1990 that "being vegan wasn't about being strong but just flow and balance." I feel that it is just as important to be strong as a vegan. That's why I said everyone's reasons are different. I don't understand why people are on edge and defensive about mmaarrkkoodd1990's comment.

  • @jiggpuff, In general, it's simply about being healthy, but being strong is what you make of it yourself. mmaarrkkodd has come here to troll so that's why people are responding the way they do. Think of how much more he could "lift when I was 14", and how his "food shits on yours". Typical hater response.

  • LoL thats not 300lbs, those big plates are 45LB a piece that looks like 170LB deadlift. Nice try.

  • @Dysic Its 4 x 45 + 2 x 25 + 2 x 10 + 2 x 2.5 + the bar, which is 45 = 300 lbs!!! You just got OWNED brah! ;) Get that animal fat out of your blood and you might be able to add up better cave man. Hey its 2011, caveman didnt use fucken computers and have playstations lol!

  • @durianriders Im stronger than you vagan bitches. GO MEAT!!

  • @hardstyle905 amen brotha!

  • @durianriders you're actually arguing about this? There are millions and millions and millions of people that eat meat and are fit. People can eat a balanced diet including meat and have great health. the problem lies with non-organic meats and diets with way too much meat, not because people eat meat. plus the grease and all that crap mcdonalds doesn't help one bit.

  • @fcarabat for many people, it's hard to find a good balance, a healthy balance. I agree that people should be eating a LOT more fruits and veggies, meat should only be a very small part (if one should chose to eat it). Try to be nice durian, you seem very touchy on this subject and lose your cool really quick. step back, take a breath, try again. peace be with you... and your hot-ass, 50 bananas a day eating girlfriend.

  • @Dysic my thoughts exactly...

  • You know what's sad? A lot of young people will see this guy and say "Der, he doesn't look like Ronnie Coleman, so he FAILS!"

  • I remember an old episode of "That's Incredible" where this smallish guy who only ate fruit juice was going to out lift all these super buff dudes at this gym in Socal. All the buff dudes where quite sure they could out lift him and showed tons of disrespect.

They got owned big time! This little fruit juice guy lifted more weight more times than any of those huge dudes there. It was quite incredible!

  • Go Mike!!!!!

  • Amazing! Thanks for uploading this Mr Durian

    Fruits, Vegetables, Peace & Love!

  • Mike I hope others are inspired to help their health, animals and the planet because of your inspiration. You rawk :-)

  • Watched that video a little earlier. Glad you saw it too.

  • Mike´s website is therawfoodhealthclass com

  • thats not heavy for deadlift!i was doing that when i was 14

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990

who cares man? Being vegan is not about being strong, its about being healthy and having perfect balance and flow.

  • @CBasie2856 'vegan strong man' is in the title??? go figure!my food will continue to shit on yours! :)

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990

    what ever man....

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990 That meaning your food is vastly inferior of course...

  • @LordAngus1992 *superior

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990 Okay, so when you die of heart disease/cancer while I'm still perfectly healthy is your died body going to re-animate and say that?

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990

    your food is not superior

my grandma cured cancer and Alzheimers because she went on a low fat raw vegan diet.

If anything, your diet impedes your progress for maximum health.

  • @CBasie2856 organic meats are not the problem, raw fruit and veg are great, its the grains and processed foods that are the root cause of modern diseases!

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990

but just to let you know, my grandmother tried both the vegan and paleo diet, and she said it was the vegan diet that cured her cancer and Alzheimers

  • @CBasie2856 how the fuck could she tell?????

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990

she got tested for Cancer and Alzheimer's

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990, Hey troll that food that "shits" also stomps and rolls in it, and ends up on your table. Keep lurking the net and hating on people that aren't like you, you insecure imbecile.

  • @mmaarrkkoodd1990 My lift is bigger, too. But then again I'm 5'10" and about 230 lbs. This guy is 140lbs. He's not exactly a genetic titan. And after 3 months, more than twice your body weight is pretty damn good, especially drug free.
