A quick review about Crysis and expectations of Crysis 2. Crysis was a fps with the best graphics yet achieved by Cry-Engine 2, the gameplay was also pretty good being able to use multiple skills to play the game you wanted to play. Story was good, nothing special.
Crysis 2 will still have amazing graphics but not that of Crysis due to that this will be a multi-platform game achieved Cry-Engine 2. Gameplay looks a slight bit altered, Crytech stated that there will only be two skills to choose but when choosing that skill it access multiple skills (Speed, Stealth, etc…). The Story for Crysis 2 looks mediocre.
The sad thing is, sometimes I just stop and stare at the graphics in the middle of the demo.... which means I get my ass handed to me at the same time. But damn, it's worth it.
iam really crying because the full game Crysis 2 will not be like this PS3 Crysis Tech Demo
If you compaire this demo to PC then the ps3 is better then PC or they are on the same level (like the guy said ) but how i said this is a demo that too a "long" time to make , the full game Crysis 2 will not be like this Demo

@Mykayel - most games are cross platform with minor differences between each game if any :/
I agree that using blu ray discs like you said gives the developers more space to use allowing bigger and better textures etc so all round games will look better :D
And yeah the console war thing is LAME who really gives a rats ass, if people dont like xbox 360 then easy solution to that is dont buy one, same goes with the other consoles, who cares if people dont like it seriously end the world shit.

@r4nd0mh3r02k The cross platform games that are not made with the PS3 as the basic starting platform will not be using the bluray's full capacity since...let's face, we have better stuff to do. We do try to make the game look good, but most people that buy games, don't care about the graphics. As for the people that torrent them or buy them used, they don't even appear in our statistics so why should we care.

@r4nd0mh3r02k Naturally! ^^ I'm not gonna go into a high-and-mighty-games-are-art bull, the gameplay IS and always should remain the primary focus. That's what differentiates a game from a CG Movie, the fact that you can actually play the game but only watch the movie. However, I'm not gonna say that graphics don't matter or anything, like you said, it's icing on the cake, we would miss it if it where gone, but we would never buy just the icing with no cake. :P

@r4nd0mh3r02k Case and point, Bayonetta looks significantly better on the 360, but I got it for the PS3, did I hate the game because it didn't look as good as the Xbox version? No. I liked the game itself, I really didn't care what the graphics looked like. Hell, the only reason I know it looked better is because I've seem a video comparison uploaded on a gaming website and had nothing better to do then to check it out, even though I didn't really care what the outcome would be.

Everyone gets the suit in multiplayer; therefore, all advantages from having a suit are suddenly moot--how exciting. Since its basic issue, this suit is just the cammies of tomorrow--who cares. The Marine Corps isn't elite because of their cammie wearing abilities, and neither will this suit actually make any difference in the leaderboards.

A quick review about Crysis and expectations of Crysis 2. Crysis was a fps with the best graphics yet achieved by Cry-Engine 2, the gameplay was also pretty good being able to use multiple skills to play the game you wanted to play. Story was good, nothing special.

Crysis 2 will still have amazing graphics but not that of Crysis due to that this will be a multi-platform game achieved Cry-Engine 2. Gameplay looks a slight bit altered, Crytech stated that there will only be two skills to choose but when choosing that skill it access multiple skills (Speed, Stealth, etc…). The Story for Crysis 2 looks mediocre.
