BSB Cruise 2011: Backstreet Boys Shave my Head

So... I was going through my BSB obsession yesterday and searched for random videos... and I came across this and I teared up... Then I looked at your username and realized you had commented on one of my videos from Nick's soundcheck! I love that the boys did this for you and I really hope you are doing better. I'm a nurse and worked with several cancer patients... and what I've come to learn is that you guys are the strongest and bravest of all patients and people in general!! God Bless U!

Wow,how awesome is that. On two levels,what a way to stare down a disease. Not only are you going to choose not to cower in your daily life by going to the cruise but then you choose to shave your head and wear it with pride.What strength! My grandmother recenly went through the same thing for the third time.And I commend them for doing this. That's great!

Listen buddy this girl has CANCER and her wish was for the boys to cut her hair and shave her head.Her hair was falling out anyway.It was HER WISH, SHE WAS THE ONE who asked them and they accepted it.She knows that BSB are artists not hair stylists.She obviously didn't want a professional hair stylist because she wanted for her favourite artists to help her go through this much easier.It's their fault if the girl ASKED THEM?They couldn't refuse her.PERIOD!

You know what is beautiful about this?

1. Simply the fact that you wanted some moment with BSB (as all fans do) and you actually got it. LOTS of kudos to you for sharing, what I'm sure is, a vulnerable and difficult circumstance and for turning it into something worth remembering.

2. The fact that they went along with shaving your head shows how down to earth they really are. Any artist could say no because it's not what they planned. But, they took time out to make you smile (I hope lol).

Thanks so much for all the amazing comments! It was such a touching moment for me, it definitely made me losing my hair a happier memory than just watching it fall out by the handful! The boys were so amazing and kind to me throughout it all. I'll never forget what they were able to do for me.

Brian did a great job so did Howie AJ and Nick and thats how i cut mine I put it in a ponytail and cut it off! My mom does it and she is a hairdresser so @Longhaircutter Shut Up Hating!!!!!!!!

I was on the cruise & Cudn't see this very well when they did it, but it was emotional then. Now...seeing ur interaction w/the boys up close, tears have filled my eyes once again! this seriously brought tears to my eyes when i watched this video. i've had an aunt that is a cancer survivor so i know what she's going through, maybe not personally but from being around people that had/have cancer. keep your chin up girl, you will get through this battle. great job to the Boys with shaving your head.
