My 95 ex coupe has a d15b7/d16y1 minime 10.1-1 comp. ratio no tune running on limp mode pulls a 14.31 to 14.36 in the 1/4 consistantly. Also I believe you have a ZC tranny because I do and i have the same shift points.
@gruneygunnar i dont know what im talking about ok dude. but you tell me how a little more compression and a zex cam gets you 13's i know your getting it off the line but trapping at 96mph with a single cam with just higher compression and a zex cam will not go 96mph idc if its in a gutted hf crx with the roof cut off. i call bs on this being a 13 sec all motor single. BS.

i just put it this cam into my lil monster build and it made a HUGEEEEE difference!!! its a D15b7 with 75mm P29 pistons, Z6 head with comp 59300 and tru time with 2 degree advanced and stock valvetrain, CAI, bisimoto header with full 2.5in exhaust crome and more and it pulls like a mother!!! biggest difference was the cam. this cam makes A LOT of valvetrain noise for some reason. anyone know why?? i adjust my valve lash but still the same noise. overall i am super happy with this cam!!
Do you have stock pistons ?? i have A D15 engine non vtec i was think on doing a mini-me with the 59300 camshaft plus the zex valve springs like how much whp u think that will pull
if anyone of you is planning on doing a built sohc with P29 piston. I repeat "it needs to be tune or else detonation will start after a month or so" your piston will blew on yours like my.
i got some questions... i got 3 engines in my garage a d16y8 d15b2 and a d16a1 i wanna put the pistons in the b2 block witch are p29 and the y8 head on the block with this setup work well.. i look on forems and they said nothign about this build i know i will have to tune this shit out of it but will the pistons fit with the d15 rods
uhhh.....just so you know Im not hating, but if you bought that tranny from someone and they said it was a ex tranny they suckered you. With a ex tranny u would be doing 85-87mph depending on tire size @ 7200rpm in 3rd gear. Your doing 98-99mph in 3rd at 7200rpm. Not talking shit, just giving usefull information ;)

omfg u so lucky the blew my head gasket on dyno cuz of detonation issues they even had my air fuel ratio at 18 to 1 they said my comp. ratio was 14.1 and the could do anything about my pinging problem so i got a bigger head gasket and now its down to 10.9 so we'll see how it runs now im about to start it tomorrow and run it so say a fkin prayer lol........ill keep you posted and make a vid

I had detonation issues when I used the stock p28 maps..once I got it tuned the detonation desapier..
