  • I love how their stage is nature, in the middle of the desert; no man made stage with lights, cameras, and all. I love this because it's simple; yet that makes it even more beautiful and raw. Beautiful culture!

  • want more of this, tis real great

  • beautiful culture

  • Im telling you right now i would be the first person jumping into that little dance haha love partying.

But people need to understand that all languages of europe was created via that sanskrits of india, hense why English is known as a INDO-EUROPEAN language!!

The first discriptions of white people eg Aryans are in india and the word mother comes from the indian sanskrits, every country in europe is part of the indo-european family tree

So if their sand hippies then you are too :)

  • Incredible video! Wow thanks for sharing this it's really beautiful.

  • omg the white girl ^^

  • we are in albania now.. rajasthan gypsies have spread around but they are in albania im married to one they speak albanian they are muslim but they can also speak another language if anyone is from rajasthan here let me know i want to know if you understand sumthing in the language he knows

  • As far as I understood, indian gypsies were persecuted and some travelled though Persia, went on to Egypt and North Afica to Spain and beyond in Europe. They gave and took dance styles on this ancient journey - flamenco is an example of this development. Roma qypsies owe their heritage to those ancient Rajasthani gypsies.

  • hey tu sar rom? well let me tell u a little history we do come from India.. everyting comes from there and if u knew our language u would know its a old one roma r from all over as u know we came from india like 500 years.

  • @irenadamienmariah Some say Gypsies started travelling from India 1000 years ago and probably arrived in Britain 500 years ago.

  • @irishxxk where u from u rom?

  • @irenadamienmariah I am from Ireland but I am not Roma.

  • i wont hold that against u..lol... u seem interested in our ppl.. and i recall the Irish call us Tinkers no?.. My husband is Irish born here in canada..r u from Dublin?

  • @irishxxkelt i wont hold that against u...LOL.. My husband is irish decent ..dont the irish call us Tinkers?

  • @irenadamienmariah We used to call our own travllers tinkers because they used to make tin mugs and other tin implements. They are now called pikeys and knackers which are perjorative names. No I only worked in Dublin, I am from the middle of Ireland. I am interested in the Romanies in that they have retained their language from 1000 years, although there has been intermarriage and loan words from their sojourn in many countries.

  • @irishxxkelt yes thats true we have intermarried with other nations i have my husband is a white dude well he is also half native so not full white. so did my sister she married a gagio as we call the whiteppl..

  • @irenadamienmariah Yes I know non-Gypsies are called Gagio. I looked at a site with rules and laws of the Gypsies. A non-Gypsy can become a Gypsy and that would account for the fair and blue-eyed ones.

  • @irishxxkelt you can ''becomeää a gypsy? im a Roma ''gypsy'' and this ppl dont even speak ''romani chip'' our native tung. and if you are not born with gypsy blood then you will always be a Gagio in every gypsys eyes. If you want to learn more about us then find at least gypsys that speak romani chip

  • @wicha08 become*

  • @wicha08 There must be some intermarriage as many Gypsies look like natives of the countries that they live in. Look at Michael Caine, Adam Ant and David Essex....

  • @wicha08 i always thought that the reason some gypsies dont speak roma is because gypsies are scattered from asia to europe and north africa. thats why you all look somwhat different.

its similar to how black people are scattered everywhere and they tend to have similar features to the people they live near, and they also inherit the language of the people they live near in most cases.

  • @irishxxkelt sand hippies

  • @AlJulhara I wouldn't call them hippies. They are Indian natives.

  • @irishxxkelt

u cant become a rom u have to be born into it.. now u can live the life of a rom but does not make u a rom..were a race not a religion..lol

  • @irenadamienmariah I know it is a race not a religion but there has been intermarriage over the centuries.

  • @ItsSnickelsBetch

what r u talking about? u rom? from where and of course we came india u know about languages ?..We speak the oldest on Suskrit,,

  • Greetings from Portugal

  • greetings from Hungary

  • Are they the ones who are called as the ROMANI PEOPLE in europe these guys are heavy brown skinned ??

  • No one knows the exact origin of the gypsies. They are believed to have been originally from India. These ppl here have the physical features of both middle easterners and australoids (those related to Australian Aborigines). The reason you see so many light-skinned Gypsies in Europe, is the climate ( and especially) their breeding with European neighbors. Despite their policy of not mixing with "gadjo" (or outsiders), they seem to take on the physical deatures of the ppl they are around.

  • (continued) Many gypsies in England, for example, have blond hair, blue eyes, and freckles. Those in Romania look like Romanians. Those in Ireland used to travel with a nomadic group of Irish people called "Tinkers" (or "Travelers"). The gypsies even began traveling to South America in the 30's and 40's. LOL! Talk about people with wanderlust!

  • Gypsies are called 'Banjaras' in India...they are all over the country epsecially in the west ( Gujarat) and north west. They have a unique culture and music and have a lot of similarities with their Andalusian, Spanish and North African and other African counterparts. I am an Indian classical musician and am particularly intrigued by their music, lifestyle and culture and love to go deeper and deeper.

  • I was fascinated by them when I first tried to track their origin. They have such a unique story. They've populated..largely by wandering...every continent on the planet. I guess wanderlust could best describe them. Yep, Flamenco, & many of the Spanish dances were directly influenced by them.

  • Great stuff! I want to go there someday. Too bad our cultures can't embrace the simpleness and beauty that these gypsies have practiced for 1000's of years! I think they've got it figured out... life that is. Think of these FREE people the next time you go to your cube or office...

  • Greetings from GREECE!

  • they are not gypsies

  • Amazing :)

  • The music is beautiful! and the dancing is awesome - makes me kinda ashamed of our german dances xD

  • Yes, thank you plenty. What a moment in time!...Do you think they resent westerners coming in and wanting to learn about their culture? Just wondering...

  • thanks this vido because i am rajasthani

  • @vickyshiku
