Hands down my favorite music video next to Sabotage. It's truly remarkable how something that's less than six minutes long can make you care so much about what's happening and the characters involved. Most full-length movies can't even achieve this.

@dante144 - A blend of both & clever editing. Sometimes a shot starts with Sofia and cuts to another girl. Sofia drops out of frame for half a second, and a proper gymnast pops back up, her face turned away from us, and proceeds to do a series of flips / moves. if you're not looking for it it all appears to be Sofia.

Also there are a few effects inserts, around 2:15 an effects 'leg' comes up into frame. Subtle stuff that you're not directly supposed to be paying attention to. Great video.

It has everything to do with the concept that individual triumphs and the adversity that one faces mean nothing to those that never witnessed it. The point is that there is no institutional knowledge of triumph and even if the endeavor is a meaningful victory, in the grand scheme it will still be lost to history. Ms. Coppola succeeded despite all challenges, but to those that come after her it means nothing.
