  • Les is always insightful and seems to know his stuff.

  • His cameras are his main concern...he is a flake...but this show was good..what gives..lol

  • This is the best he has done .. His shows are usually full of mistakes and drama out of order. He did fine here though.. Strange

  • I have watched all of Les's survival shows. I think he has done a fantastic job at showing just how hard it is to live in the wilderness. He isn't backed up by a crew like Bear Grylls who hasn't spent a nite outdoors unless he locked his keys in his house. Reality is that its difficult to find food in the wilderness. How many people know what plants are edible or not. Les has provided knowledge in terms of how to stay alive and how to set priorities (shelter, fire, water, food).

  • I concur, Les is a joke. US Army Ranger reconnaissance units don't only live in this shit for up to two months, they do it while they are evading and hiding. Les is a cunt, and in my jungle he would become just another statistic.

  • I quite like this. Well made mate!

  • wind really is the enemy, it does not matter how cold it is, if you have a heat source and zero wind

  • I always feel better about survival when Les is showing us how to survive. There's just something about how he goes about surviving that gives me comfort. I should know...without his survival techniques I wouldn't be here typing this but I will always remember the long hike back down after we had a massive avalanche.

  • Damn it, why does he have to bang up or destroy the sweet vehicles like that 80's chevy, and like that Honda trail 90 in Utah or something like that

  • He don,t need waterproof jacket in snow?

  • i seem to miss something....... why did he leave the car to begin with

  • @timonix2 He ate a lot of beans so he would've been suffocated by his own farts

  • Stroud teaching? Where? When?

I've seen him walk right past edible plants while bitching about being hungry. The only man I know of who actually set fire to his shelters on two separate occasions.

That's who you like to learn from? Good luck to you.

  • @scarz1951 i knew he set fire to his shelter in the artic sports episode, but wich was the other?

  • @kaldicuct All I remember about it is that the first time he had made a shelter under a blow down, started his fire and left to find more wood. When he returned his shelter was on fire and he put the fire out with dirt. The second time was when he stated that that was the first time he had set fire to his shelter. I only watch the show these days if nothing else is on.

  • @scarz1951 LOL. . .lol, yes, that was a good one. . .

  • i bet he knows more then you do and can survive way longer lol

  • @TheScorpion615 A bet you would lose. I've taught survival to Marines, Navy and Coast Guard. Strouds a man who found a way to make money playing at survival and suckering people like you. Enjoy the show. that's all it's for. It is a pretty good comedy.

  • I am so happy to see Les doing one of these "I Shouldn't Be Alive" episodes. Too see him demonstrating and teaching us how to survive puts a stronger belief that I can survive in the snow. GO LES!

  • ROTTIMAN31@ I'm from the U.S and no matter what anyone says. The U.S is my home and always will be.

  • Damm I have seen Les in other videos, but we don't have this video series running in the U.S.

  • just another reason why the U.S. sucks shit

  • winter soon, so better get ready

  • Excellent Ideas !

  • i didnt get how he made the fire, did the flame appear or did he use a lighter or what?

  • he probably used firesteel or flint

  • Did Les do this before Survivor Man?

  • yeah think so

  • so a chevy is useful for something besides a landfill.

  • man what r u talkin about. chevy's the best. it'll out run a ford or dodge any day.

  • Well, you r absolutely right...

Thats why I paid a little more and went with a Toyota Tocoma. It has the highest stress bearing metal components of all trucks as well as the most reliable engine and Japanese reliability.

  • solobackpacking, thats a joke. Are u like a commercial man for asians?

  • oh no HMEISTERCINNAMON,

God forbid I may dislike something made by whites and like somethings made by Asians.

Grow up. The world is leaving white supremests behind.

  • u know what if u are going to be so racist

    kiss my ass

  • LOL

Is that the new trend HMESITERCINNAMON?

Do by open minded to races outside white is being a racist.

I see this as a new trend among white supremests.

To call those who are trying to abolish inequality as racists.

    Its a poor argument.

  • hahahaha yea ok, a midsize truck lol thats like driving a sedan. toyota tundra, nissan titan, ford f150, dodge ram1500 will outrun a chevy silverado any day, they r like the slowest truck plus gm is in the shitter rite now.

  • it can back go back into the engine and come out through the fire wall thus exposing you directly to the exhaust..

  • how come it's important to keep the tail pipe clear of snow?

  • i dont mean to be rude but that's a pretty obvious thing.

it's called an exhaust for a reason and if it's plugged up what do you THINK would happen.

it's not going to just sit there and wait for you to clear it.

  • im second

  • im first
