I think it's a Montgomery elevator, because of the motor noise, and they too used Epco fixtures. Also, they have flat panel ceilings, and if this is from 1998, this would be a Twinkie-M elevator.
Yes, even though it was MontgomeryKone from 1994-2000, the design of their elevators/escalators were very similar to the Twinkie-M design. So basically, MontgomeryKone was nothing more than renamed Twinkie-M.

It was a Burlington originally. But could have been modernized by Montgomery.
