They could revert everything back to 2007 style pking and nothing would change, back then people were dumb because of no YouTube. The community is what is killing the game, and a full bandos pk is basically the equivalent of a whip kill in old wild now pretty much.
2006 if you pked rune scimmy, that was fucking epic f2p loot. Full rune pk was so rare and only pro teams managed to do it. I remember how great feeling it was to pk simply green d hide chaps and rune med helm. I never even managed to pk a rune scimmy or 2h lol. If you had whip on that time, you were very rich. If you pked whip that was unbeleavable loot, these days it is not even worth of picking.
Honestly, if Jagex came out with something similar to RSC, but with 05-07 ish wild, I might come back and play again, even though the community would still be trash.

1m Pks were good back then since there was not nearly as much GP saturated throughout the game as there is now. A huge cause of this were pvp world/BH world generated drops. They caused a HUGE amount of inflation to the game. Which is why 1m today seems worthless, compared to 2007

@BenjiOnRs I'm pretty sure I was one of the first to start using them, after realizing they healed 26 at 87 hp shortly after they were released. Loved it as it helped me risk a lot more often and survive someone that would just straight dds spec me.
Omg 4:10 brought back so many memories....The old teleport was so awesome, and i remember in varrock wildy, you could kill someone and they would teleport, and then they would like pop back up and be dead. Was the coolest thing ever. I miss edge pking, and varrock level 1,2, and 3....The good days. R.I.P Old RS.

On top of that the delay back then meant you couldn't see hits for a second, which made your dds specs or whip hits usually stack on top of each other

@slipknnnot I tried hybriding with it, its bad because entangles get halved if you're mage praying when they hit. Which gives them a whole like, 3 hits.
@theuberelite yea But landing the entangle and then raping them with balls of armadyl will run them out in like 3 entangles, it really overpowers barrage when ur both frozen.
@slipknnnot yeah I did a video on it (check the one before this), it outdamages barrage by about 66.5%. It's really hard to use though because the left click is autocast, and I'm REALLY not used to autocast, plus you get delayed after you click if you have autocast on.
Trust me, I also tried bridding with it. Though, I also brought tbs so I wasn't that high on food. Maybe its just cause i'm not used to switching off of autocast but its still hard with a spell that fast.
Stupid how people blame the updates or items as to why the game is terrible, it's the community and the general mentality of how everyone assumes they're the best. Maaaan... I remember when whip pks were like, the best thing in the game! ha... Enough to get you excited pking a whip back then. Imo, staking and dicing etc. ruined the fun of getting drops, due to the massive amounts people receive from that, just makes everything else seem pointless, and of course the fact it ruins the economy. Even getting a 5m+ Drop now, to me anyway, is like meh,

lol i remember playing classic runescape and pking THEN was acually fun, when ranged pking was op like what..04-05 that was fun pvp pking, massive alliance wars with the likes of Damage inc, gladz, dynsasty, follows of malkav, i remember buying my white party hat for 15m, apparntly they are with alot more now? oh well

@Jelltown when everyones name was about 3 hitting, when rune 2h swords were 1m and were the best weapon because there were no speeds to weapons, etc etc... classic was awesome. Though I won't lie, I hated having to click trees and rocks like 10 times to get something lol

tbh they should've split this runescape up with the runescape today i'm sure that sounds stupid but watching this vid makes me realize how much i miss those days rushing with a dds rushing with a gmaul on a maul pure good times now over powered prayers/korasi/chaotics/dclaws sigh i don't even pk anymore because of how over powered everything is.

@TheMusicScape Private servers you get like 99 str in 20 seconds, no sense of accomplishment, no having to make money, and it doesn't have any genuine runescape feel to it. There's always something thats not right.
But I'm calling this a troll considering you just went on a pking video to say who cares about pking. Could answer everything else but nah.

@Rsmurcuz l000000000l but I took the old harddrive out of my old computer, bought a BT-300 IDE/SATA Cable on newegg, and just hooked it up, plugged it into the USB, and the drive appears as a separate drive on the computer.

@slipknnnot I tried hybriding with it, its bad because entangles get halved if you're mage praying when they hit. Which gives them a whole like, 3 hits.

@theuberelite yea But landing the entangle and then raping them with balls of armadyl will run them out in like 3 entangles, it really overpowers barrage when ur both frozen.

@slipknnnot yeah I did a video on it (check the one before this), it outdamages barrage by about 66.5%. It's really hard to use though because the left click is autocast, and I'm REALLY not used to autocast, plus you get delayed after you click if you have autocast on.
Trust me, I also tried bridding with it. Though, I also brought tbs so I wasn't that high on food. Maybe its just cause i'm not used to switching off of autocast but its still hard with a spell that fast.

Stupid how people blame the updates or items as to why the game is terrible, it's the community and the general mentality of how everyone assumes they're the best. The people killed the game, it's gone down hill ever since BH where people made ragging popular, now everyone just flames and rags nothing more.
