I find it funny how people like this "AK" caricature, want to burden others with the obligation to prove negatives. In an argument within the intellectual and scientific boundaries established after centuries of human thought, it is the "believer" that needs to prove that god exists not the disbeliever having to prove that god does not exist. If he wants to remain within the self sufficient realm of "religious belief" then he does not need to prove anything but he also cannot argue on anything.
And so then unfortunately we get religious people who take advantage of that, say Atheism is a religion, or some silly thing like that. It used to be that you go to school and gain most the the general knowledge of the age if you had the money or class for it, but now it's only a few intellectual elites that have a full grasp of a certain theory and we do need some aspect of "faith" to believe them cause we don't necessarily understand it ourselves.
