okay... most 21 year olds can't hold their liquor either, yet they are allowed to drink. I've had a credit card since I was 19. I've never made a late payment, never carried a balance (except that one month per year I carried $1... because if you always pay everything off they just increase your rate so that when you really do miss it's not 19% its like 35%), and used the rewards to buy books, etc.
