Very nice job! Only concern is when bringing the foot-leg back down it's important to keep a slight bend in the knee. When reaching or standing too tall and causing the knee to be completely straight a break is more possible by a kick or by having the opponent step behind your foot and drive their knee into your leg (which is straight) pushing it backward for a break.
However, this is one of the best chi gerk vids on Youtube, nicely done!

Smooth demonstration. Nicely done. Clean example of chi gerk training, unlike many other chi gerk videos that are ego-trip exhibitions.
