no you can go through ALL of the game without blinking but in some parts you have to close your eyes

At the start it focus' your vision

at room 913(i think thats the room)

you see ghosts and stuff pretty cool.

You dont have to blink every second while playing the game btw.

and you can keep your eyes closed! :D
