When they came down to perform at my city, they finished their setlist and walked off the stage and of course the crowd cheers "One more song!" but they never came back out to play another song!! They're the first band ever to turn down an encore that I've seen. =/

Although this song seems to give a lot of hope to relegiously minded people and I of course known about the Christan leanings of the band, it's not just limited to that. I for example am a hard-line athiest and Marxist, I believe relegion is, to quote Marx, "the opium of the people" yet when I'm feeling sad, run down and depressed, this song lifts me up and gives me the strength to keep on fighting.

I have little use for it, and I think the world misconstrues Christianity and tries to put God, Christ and all Christians into a pretty little box called box labeled "religious" with every other religion or spiritual path that boasts empty promises of salvation or, at the very least, a better life. "Christ" and "religion" cannot be reconciled, nor will they ever be. I am a Christian, am passionately on fire for God, and am not religious. :D

This video is crazy real to a lot of people. I grew up in a farm, and my dad almost lost it multiple times (my family's income was $110 one year) but he persevered and prayed and God blessed our family so much because of it. The farm is now one of the biggest and most successful in the area.
saw the lead singer of these guys tonight and heard him play some acoustic stuff and it was awesome, also him and his band are comin back Oct. 20th so can't wait to see what they do then :)
I seen these guys and met them; they're cool. I saw them at Faith Baptist Church in Peshtigo, WI in 2004. It was an awesome concert. I believe John Reubin was touring with them at the time. :D

This video is crazy real to a lot of people. I grew up in a farm, and my dad almost lost it multiple times (my family's income was $110 one year) but he persevered and prayed and God blessed our family so much because of it. The farm is now one of the biggest and most successful in the area.

I seen these guys and met them; they're cool. I saw them at Faith Baptist Church in Peshtigo, WI in 2004. It was an awesome concert. I believe John Reubin was touring with them at the time. :D

Even if you aren't into this kind of music, the lyrics are awesome and uplifting. Whenever I'm all gloomy, I play this one! I love this song and Spoken is awesome...I've seen them about 9 times in concert and every time, they rock my socks off!
