maybe it is from always locking your elbow out from punching, also weights wear out your tendons, there are joint supplements out there that help rebuild tendons faster, go to a popeys or gnc or whatever you have where you live. also look up the stretches to do for your elbow here on youtube, because its prolly not a strength problem for you , maybe lack of flexibility and wear and tear of tendons

i been training for 5 years boxing and also wieght i dont think my for arm is in bad condition but i still get the pain what do u think
