This IS-F has alot going for it. Its a head turner people will ask questions. I saw one a while back and the car is beautiful.

DAM ISF i seriously want to get one, but then agian i am getting really interested in the CTS-V.

Oh boy the ctsv is one beast i tell ya. U can get the older cts-v's for so cheap, like 32k used. and dam the engines are like wow. ls6 or ls2 v8's beautiful sound powerful car comes in a manuel too. The only downside is that it looks not very attractive in many others and my opinion.

the m3 is electronically limited to 150 the isf is not so top speed is 172 with twin turbo the car gets close to 200 take that gay ass m3

The fact you can't even get these cars with a proper transmission is the deal breaker for me. I don't care if it shifts faster. Manual is more fun. I used to be a Japanese car guy but I think I'd take an m3 coupe six speed. Not that the isf is bad don't get me wrong

I've heard that Lexus plans to come out with a convertible coup for the IS-F. I don't understand why they don't just come out with a regular coup. The coup for the IS250/350 looks horrible with the top up. You would have to drive the car with the top down all year around for the car to look descent.

Are YOU OUT OF YOUR GOD DAMN MIND ! The Lexus IS-F destroys the BMW M3 & M5 in the looks department. I'm not going to argue with you on performance, because BMW has many more years under its belt to improve their M line of cars then the Lexus IS-F. Just about all BMWs look alike, with very little to no distinction to themselves. You cannot say the same for the Lexus brand. Take a poll & show pictures to random people of the M series & IS-F , Most will pick the IS-F over the M series on looks.

If you ask 100 random people , at least 80 of them will agree with me. The BMW concentrates on performance not so much on styling. That's why most of their cars look pretty much alike. The 2001 Lexus IS looks much different than the 2009 Lexus IS. I love the new BMW X6, but its just a raised version of the BMW 5 Series. I Doubt they were in the lab for 6 months trying to come up with a new design for a SUV.Just raise the 5 series 2 or 3 inches & you have a new car

I'm glad somebody else understands this too. You can throw all the numbers you want out there but you can only go as fast as the semi in front of you. 96% of us will never take our cars to a track so if it looks good, sounds cool, and can feel pretty quick every once in a while then I'm all about it.

Awesome car. Sounds great. And of course the M3 is going to be more refined than the IS-F. BMW has been making the M3 for over two decades. They've had plenty of time to work out the bugs. On the other hand, this is the first year of the IS-F, and I must say they did a hell of a job.
