Drugs in Vietnam suck. When you have a cold or something they give you a palm full of various drugs with different colors hoping one of those drug cure you. That is the only reason she took too much "steroid" drugs. She cannot sue the pharmacist either cause the government do not care about justice, it all come down who pay them more win the case anyway.
