If you want my opinion on how to lose that weight...I have one;)
I do an hour of my yoga style three times a week--that's it! I used to work out much more, but I look better doing a concentrated arms and legs yoga workout for muscles and cardio. Eat smart 6 days a week--veggies, lean protein, a little olive oil or nuts, yogurt, you know...then on the 7th, eat about double what you normally would to shock your metabolism and keep it from getting too low.

Yeah, I know--it's harder than it looks:) But I showed with a more beginner alignment, so start there, and once you feel stronger and stretchier, go for the alignment in my other videos like the 3 Warriors and the Back Body Opener Fan Pose;) enjoy! xoxoSadie

I had to go faster than usual because of the time limit here, so I would warm up first with a few sun salutations[try my Core Sun Salutations video for starters] to make sure you're ready for the more back intensive work here. Also, make sure to lift your navel into your spine, especially on the BECKS [Warrior 3], so you keep your core activated and your low back long. Thanks for trying it!

Make up your own poses too: like THE POSH: stand up and lift your toes. Walk with a sassy swing. Tone the calves.
