I'm not so sure that Track 16 is a hidden bonus track, because it seems like the title of the songs and the lyrics are off by one song. It seems like they forgot to name one of the tracks partway through? On my disk, for instance, the song "Back Lash" clearly has lyrics that say "On Riddim", which is the title of the track before it.
@jhawkdavid The hidden bonus track is number 10 on the album not the last song. The title of the songs come up out of order on your CD when you play because of the Hidden bonus track which is track 10.
@Tikur1 thanks! Will check it out. I bought this album at their show in Taos NM last July, "to mene" was one of the last songs that night, and wasn't that into it at first but it gets better and better to me with each play.
@jhawkdavid Yeah I discovered it a while ago. Did you get their album "What Makes A King"? It has a real Irie Vibe to it. But "To Mene" is one of those albums that each time it plays it catches you.
@Tikur1 Yes. I like "Native Story", "Shine" the best. "What Makes A King" is so mellow compared to their other stuff, which might make it more popular around. It seems like more people are into them now. I have met very few Reggae fans (in Kansas anyway) that have even heard of them. Since hearing a local DJ throw on "Bless" from Nemozian Rasta six years ago, I now have 21 of their 35+ albums and collaborations. Another new album on their website! Good to talk to another fan. Bless
@jhawkdavid Ises. Shine is Vaughn's favorite song on that album, along with Give Her Her Due. I talk to them from time to time when they come port in Miami to board another plane as they go on tour. I have 35+ albums from the Band. I guess it is the teachings that attracts everyone, because it is rare in music this day and age when Musicians can maintain an Order.
Love this Album as well...Well i love all their albums....Bless!
