Lady should not pinch his shoulder, Lady should stretch left and up and slightly back from her ribs, and start with feet in 3rd position. When she rotated for closed postion, she broke her body lines and I can't watch anymore of this video. I guess it's good for someone who has never danced Tango before.

@zxcvbnrebus ...don' talk of things you don't know at all in argentinian tango the leader can choose on what to dance. maybe he want to follow the beat sometimes double or mid but also a particular instrument maybe piano or violin or bandoneon. he can choose to pause or to move and can adopt different styles regarding the orchestra also in relation to the particular singer or the age of the original song. etc. etc.etc.......

of the music !! Watch any Argentinian Tango and you will see that the couple is going through the motion of the dance with complete disregard for rhythm the music played. The dance is NOT about the music but about the interaction between the couple dancing.

@zxcvbnrebus It's about the interaction between the couple, the dancer around them, and the music. Argentine Tango is the most complex and fascinating partnership dance. This video isn't remotely Argentine Tango. I agree with Echandolosperros.

Yo soy intructora de baile de salon y en lo personal me gusta mas el tango argentino, aunque lo que yo enseño es el tango americano. Entiendo que no te guste el estilo, pero debemos de verlo como una evolucion del tango original, asi como el tango es una evolucion del vals.
