since there has been so many comments and opinions about the black woman on all of my tom and jerry videos, i think this would be a great time to say my opinion on who the black lady is... i don't think she was maid or hired help. i think she is owner of the housethat tom and jerry lived in. and NO the creators of tom and jerry was NOT being racist or any of that garbage. in my opinion they were trying to add a little bit of flavor to the tom and jerry cartoons by adding a black homeowner...

@GaryJGarrison2007 ...the T&J cartoons were certiantly NOT racist because the era that the T&J cartoon was created in (40s-60s) was too pure and innocent for them to be racist. it's our dirty minds that create such ignorance and create such stupidity and make the T&J creators and cartoons into such bad people and bad cartoons. we are the ones we the problem not the T&J creators nor the cartoons themselves...

The bottomline thing is, we just need to get our mind out of the gutter and just enjoy and watch the cartoons. :-)
