actually that red violin she is playing is really Eos' violin. Haylie's had some back outline. this one is all red. You can actually see Eos using it in the Jingle Bell Rock video

There's obviously a backing track but Bond themselves are playing because Tania and Gay-Yee both make slight mistake (also in the Vivaldi). Also, it's different playing to the album.
