you can squirt as much or as little as you want, it is all controlled by the faucet. We chose a lesser amount as we didn't want the bottom pool to fill up to quickly.
Looks fun, but how much water is it actually squirting onto the slide? It certainly does not appear to be much. No complaints of plastic friction burns from the slide?
