love it. i got myself an 85. with chromoly axles. 30 spline. 4.7 to 1 t case gearing. bead locks and 35's. ohh and not to mention the 5.29 gearing is pretty nice... lol looking to get coilovers front and back with 4-link front and back. then exo and small block. im not even half way there and my walet... well you know lol its an addiction and i cant get enough.

Yeah but when YOU build you own stuff only you can take credit for it on the trail, try telling an old school wheeler someone else did all the hard work for you. And plus if you do the work you know everything about your 4x4, I see tons of NEW Jeep owners here in so cal that had 4wheel parts or ORW do everything for them broke down on the trail not knowing a damn thing about their rig or how to get it going again, its really quite lame.

i believe you did not understand my point, him just saying that real rigs can be bougth, for sure it is WAY safer to build your own rig but it is really expensive, but if you buy it already built it is waaay cheaper and if you got all speacs and you know about mecanic there is no problem ....
