@IMMAOILMAN They very well may have something inside them but they've been said to be power limiters before so he doesn't absolutely destroy the opponent. He's said to be able to actually splatter someone if he used a regular punch without those gauntlets it's why his instant kill is him removing them before throwing a punch to destroy them. I think the shells might be shock absorbers to power his gauntlet.

Really quick, I have to say that Slayer can in no way be compared to Rachel Alucard. I'm sorry man. Just can't be done. But I have to say Potemkin, cause Tager is just annoying. It's so annoying to deal with that Distortion Drive that is not only a grab, but drains more than half of my life! And this is coming from a player of Bang Shishigami, having the second highest amount of hitpoints! And knowing that I have to get close and combo a ton, it's not fun time taking on Tager!

Both are badass vampires with almost none of the weaknesses, are on a much higher level of power in comparison to the rest of the cast, have a love for crosses on their clothes, hold back their full power when taking on most of the cast, bug the hell out of the main protagonists, have animate clothing.

Well, Slayer's attitude is a major plus. When I see Rachel Alucard looking down on other characters, it just doesn't seem to fit as well. Simply because of the way Slayer fights you can tell that he's not making an effort. When fighting Rachel Alucard, you're bombarded with projectiles as well as constant close-range comboes. With Slayer, it's all about strong attacks and looking good doing 'em. When it comes to aerial comboes though, Slayer comboes quite a bit. I can feel his power.

Rachel has her vassals do alot of the work. I would think it would look clearer she's not making an effort then Slayer's fistfighting. After all, you really only see her use her power to manipulate wind and summon lightning. And I KNOW she's not dependent on her Vassals to fight lol

I was talking about Slayer and Rachel being comparible in their roles in the games. That both Rachel and Slayer are both among the more powerful characters, bug the protagonist, are vampires, etc.

To your points (since I might as well), 20% Hakumen didn't faze her and currently he works for her. Hazama considers her the bigger threat then Ragna, Ragna struggles with her, *cont*
