What are you talking about? Tim Duncan has been on the NBA 1st All-Defense team for nearly every year of his career. Not counting this current season, that is 7 out of 10 years. The other 3 years he was on the NBA 2nd All-Defense team. Also, he averages 2.4 blocks per game for his career.

If you watch them you see that Duncan just stays near the basket as a scorer, manu steals, makes turnovers, shoot 3 points, get inside the basket as nothing.
They are the Big Three, but Ginobili is the most complete player of them.
